Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 4 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. Once your order is processed and your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit time typically range from 5-8 business days, depending on the shipping method, destination, and certain time of the year.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as the label is created for you order, however the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 3 days to update once a label has been created. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a day of placing your order, please contact us at studiosereneloomis@gmail.com for a status update.

Once the package leaves our shop, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. For issues such as missing or stolen packages, please contact USPS at (800)275-8777 or UPS at (800)742-5877. They will need your tracking number included in the email shipping confirmation to troubleshoot any issues.
